What all is included in your website maintenance service?
This service includes everything related to website management. We take care of website hosting, website backups, website security, WordPress and plugin upgrades, and any content update on the website, like, updating logos, testimonials, content, images, videos, awards, blogs, FAQs, career opportunities, google codes, and adding portfolio, team members, legal pages, awards, & certifications.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. Just drop us an email and we will initiate the cancellation process. In case of month-to-month option, our billing stops from next month. In case of yearly option, you are not billed for the next year.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we have a 30-day money back policy. In case you don’t like our service within the first 30-days, you can request cancellation and we will refund the money post deduction on prorate basis+ transaction fee. Applicable to Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Subscriptions. In case of Monthly Subscription, a Cancelation request can be placed prior initiation or within first 3 days of the service or whichever is earlier.
How many updates can I get done per month?
The number of change/update request you get is depends on the plan you have chosen. This does not include updates to WordPress / hosting / plugins, which we do monthly basis. Apart from the change/update requests, you get unlimited technical support.
I have exhausted all my change/update request limit. Can I get more updates done?
Yes, sure. In that case, there will be a slightly additional cost. Email us the details of the work that you want to get done and we will get back to you with an estimate. Or you can buy our change request addon bundle
If I do not use all change/update requests in a month or year, are they carried over to the next tenure?
Yes, they will carry forward till the service is active.
